Critical Thinking Processes
It is the methodology that allows to accentuate the “focus” on the defined vision and direction and is fundamentally based on 3 points:
- Strategy Formulation
Strategic Formulation is an extremely complex and rigorous process and does not result in any immediate action, but when well defined and implemented, it indicates the path to the organization’s success.
In the Strategic Formulation, the organization’s mission is established, the business is defined, comprehensively contemplating its products/services, geographic areas to operate, and temporal space, the areas of excellence are defined and, finally, the objectives are established and related action plans. - Implementation of the Strategy
It is the process that puts all Strategy Formulation into practice. At this stage, the organization must already be aware of its direction, objectives and plans in its broadest conception and will have to counteract the difficulties of its implementation that are characterized by Lack of Leadership, Resistance to Change, Limitation of Existing Resources, Lack of of Commitment, among others. - FeedBack or Strategy Control
Monitoring the Strategy, namely in its implementation, is essential to ensure that the results to be produced are achieved and to verify the eventuality of its reformulation.
