An investment project based on the transformation of a historic and centenary building located on Praça 1º de Dezembro into a Guest House – Boutique Luxury Concept. This building is located in a Prime area and in one of the most visited streets by tourists, Rua Direita. It is located literally next to the Teatro Tempo and in front of the cozy and tranquil Garden from the beginning of the 20th century.
In it, we can travel through the various moments that marked the History of Portugal, through the illustrations drawn on the tile panels of the garden benches that surround it .
Boutique Concept House/Apartment is a new trend that is being followed in the real estate market and increasingly sought after by the tourist market. The trend arises from a growing tourist demand for authenticity in their stay. Bringing it closer to the identity of the destination, at the same time that it distances it from conventional Hospitality. The definition of a boutique is attributed to something that is small, unique and exclusive.
Adaptation of a historic and centennial building into a GuestHouse – Boutique Luxury Concept. The GuestHouse will consist of 7 suites, reception, lounge area with access to a small terrace with a direct view to 1º de Dezembro square, breakfast area and kitchen. The GuestHouse is located in one of the best locations in Portimão, next to the Teatro “O Tempo”, Praça Manuel Teixeira Gomes, Rua Direita and the riverside area.
